What’s Your MOQ?
Our standard MOQ starts from 200 pieces per color per style. Fabric, custom color, trim, printing, embroidery and specialist-process minimums are reviewed for each project before production is confirmed.
How To Get a Sample? And How About Sample Cost and Time?
- Sample selecting from us, FREE sample
- New develop sample according to clients’ T/P or original sample, we will ask for 3 times cost of bulk. If there is bulk order, we will refund it to you.
- 1pc sample charge is free, but the courier send by clients’ express account ( DHL or FedEx)
- Normally sample time is 7 days, if there is the yardage to make 1ST proto sample if there is no stock fabric yardage. And need to develop the fabric, which will take around 25 days, depends on the quality selected.
Do Your Factory Pass Any Third Party Audit?
Yes, we passed the BSCI and SGS &BV &ITS women clothing manufacturer audit. Both social audit and quality audit. If you need an audit by your own brand, we also can follow your request to take the special audit for you.
What’s your bulk leadtime?
Usually, we say after PP sample approved 30 days,
to the order quantity. We also can deal with express orders from place order to shipment for 40 days. But which need both team very close working to approval all the bulk fabric& trims and fitting samples at first time to catch the delivery date in time. Generally, we will have a deadline table for both sides to follow up.
What’s your payment term?
- If the total amount less than $10,000, 100%payment by T/T in advance
- If the total amount more than $10,000,30%deposit, balance 70% before shipment by T/T
- We also can deal in L/C at sight, if the total amount more than $50,000
How is garment pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on fabric and lining, trims, pattern complexity, workmanship, specialist processes, order quantity, testing and packing requirements. A clear tech pack and material specification allow us to prepare an accurate, commercially reliable quotation.
How about your quality control?
- Our QC manager is from SGS, we have a very professional QC team
- We offer professional final inspection report like third party inspection company
- We do full( 100%) inspection from in-line to off-line，Hight quality is our mission. We well understand the business secret “NO quality, NO order”.
- We will do fabric tests house like color fastness, fabric shrinkage…
- All the PP sample, we will do a garment washing test to better control the color fastness, color cross stain, and garment shrinkage, after everything is OK, our QA and QC will set up a PP meeting with our women clothing factory relative person, like paper making, fabric cutting, factory merchandiser, factory QC, and factory technician Manger and final packing to point out all the possibility and foreseeability problem for each style.
Are you trading or manufacturer?
H&Fourwing is a women’s clothing manufacturer in China, founded in 2014, with 300 employees and a 9-person in-house design team. We coordinate development, sampling, production and quality control for premium women’s apparel. Production arrangements and any approved partner resources are communicated according to the requirements of each project.
What’s your major product line in your factory?
Our 1ST factory started from knitting styles, like single jersey, double face and franch terry, so we have 20 years experience in knitting line, so we are strong at knitting style ( except sweater).
And our new women’s clothing factory is set up in 2012, we focus on light woven fabric styles, such as CDC and Satin silk, fake silk in polyester, chiffon, viscose, viscose crepe. The style can be tops, dresses, skirts, pants, jackets, jumpsuits and suits.

What’s your advantage?
We have our own design team to closely cooperate with our clients. And we have a strong fabric and accessories sourcing team, our fabric mill can base our designer requested to develop our own fabric quality and pattern, such as print artworks and jacquard fabric patterns.
Our women’s clothing manufacturers offer very flexibly small minimax quantity/color/style, and we work with middle to high-end women clothing designer brands and private labels.
Each month our women clothing manufacturers can produce 80000pcs knitting clothing, and 35000pcs women clothing we also use special sub-factories, some have own printing factory and embroidery factory together with a women clothing manufacturer. We believe good daily communication is everything for win-win business for both sides.
Do you have catalogue?
Fashion change every season. Each month we have around 100 new own development new styles. Be our clients, you can get a VIP code to check our new styles. We don’t share any of the client’s style with others.
Do you make fabric or you buy from fabric mill?
We are women’s clothing manufacturer in China. we produce garments only. We buy the fabric from our long term relationship fabric mill. and we have our mature supplier chain from fabric to accessories.
I am looking for a supplier for my boutique, do you have any stock?
We are an OEM supplier, but we also deal with ODM with clients also. Usually, we do “order to make” according to the customer’s tech pack. Making 1st sample, negotiation price, then place a bulk order. That’s the way we deal with OEM.
About ODM, clients selected the style from our samples, then place the bulk order accordingly. We can use the client’s brand and logo if you can meet our MOQ.
We primarily manufacture to order according to the approved design, specification and brand requirements. Our standard MOQ starts from 200 pieces per color per style; fabric and specialist-process minimums are reviewed for each project.
Why can smaller production runs have additional costs?
Development, pattern making, fitting, material preparation, production setup and quality control are required for every style. With smaller production runs, these setup costs are distributed across fewer garments, while fabric, printing, embroidery and trim suppliers may also apply minimum charges. We explain these factors before confirming the quotation.
